Welcome to our winter member's newsletter. I'm sure you won't be surprised to find that most of it is given over to discussion of the proposed assisted dying legislation. We asked you, our members, for your views and expected there to be a range of thought. That's not what we found. Instead, we found much opposition to not only the proposed bill, but also to the basic idea of legalising assisted dying. I wanted to show the balance of views across the Forum, but you will see there is just one article in favour of assisted dying because that was all we received. Just the one article. You are of course, welcome to continue to send me your comments and I will add them to the website.
